Wim Taylor is an experienced buy and hold investor who has successfully negotiated more than 50 short sales in and around Baltimore, MD. He has also managed marketing and sales for a Baltimore-based real estate investing company. Having personally purchased, held and sold 6 investment properties, he is intimately familiar with tax implications, mortgage products and the various ways to maximize home equity. He is also a successful hard money and private money lender.

In previous lives, Wim has worked as a change management consultant for a top six technology consulting firm, as an academic advisor at American University in Washington, D.C. in both the Schools of International Service and the Kogod Schoolof Business and as a private client advisor in the financial services industry. Wim has 8 years of experience investing in real estate in the Baltimore market specifically, and has a passion not only for real estate investing but for the growth potential and possibilities that Baltimore affords.
